I founded Williamson & Jones as a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience working in some of the best Michelin kitchens across the UK and Ireland. I’ve swapped spatulas with the likes of Richard Corrigan, Anton Bonnet, Paul Kitching, Liam Tomlin, and John Campbell.
Now I’m on a mission to deliver the fine dining experience in more intimate, comfortable settings. Our private dining services bring all the quality and flair of a Michelin kitchen to you. My team pride themselves on the creation of culinary excellence with a difference. I started life in a humble family hotel in Chester, but for the last eight years I’ve been building my career as a mixologist and sommelier. What began as a hobby rapidly became a profession as I immersed myself in the science of cocktails, brewing my own craft beer, and learning how to perfectly pair wine. My role on the team is to deliver the best tailored service I can provide, refined through various big named businesses like Hickory’s, Mitchell’s and Butler’s and independents such as Porta Tapas.
A delicious meal prepared by our exceptional chef deserves the perfect selection of beverages to accompany it. My role is to create a mixological experience as unique and refined as the culinary treat we deliver.

Choose from our Standard Hamper (From £250) or Luxury Hamper (From £450).
- Xmas breakfast = croissants pain au chocolate/ raisin.
- Canapes = Beef tartare, pea and mint soup shots, comte gourgeres, etc
- Prawn cocktail, sour dough or Langoustine cocktail sour dough caviar.
- Gravalax soda bread or potato blinis, horseradish crème fraiche, can be made more luxurious if adding caviar.
- Coquille st jacque or lobster with thermidor sauce
- Charcuterie board with accompaniments and focaccia.
- Turkey or beef for roast with all trimmings and gravy.
- Beef wellington or venison wellington with all the trimmings and truffle jus.
